Eileen Whittinger, 80 of Battle Lake died Thursday, November 14, 2013 at the Battle Lake Good Samaritan Center.
Eileen Avis Buchholz Whittinger was born on January 29, 1933 in Braddock, North Dakota, the daughter of Adolph and Annetta (Job) Buchholz.
She leaves behind one daughter, Arlou, (Joe) Rehovsky of Apple Valley; one son, Bill (Deb) Bartholomay of Comstock; seven grandkids; seven great-grandkids; two brothers; three sisters; one brother-in-law and one sister-in-law. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one brother and two sisters.
Memorial Services: 2:00 pm, Saturday November 16, 2013 at the Battle Lake Good Samaritan Center
Visitation: one hour prior to the service
Clergy: Pastor Jim Wolf
Cemetery: Eileen's cremains will be buried on her father's grave in the Sheldon Cemetery in Sheldon, North Dakota.
