Richard Herness, 97 of rural Dalton died Friday, October 5, 2012 at the Douglas County Hospital in Alexandria.
Funeral service will be 11 am Wednesday, October 10th at the Bethel Lutheran Church, rural Battle Lake with Rev. Todd Hylden officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Glende-Nilson Funeral Home of Ashby is in charge of the arrangements for Richard Herness
