Randy Ruter, 68, of Fergus Falls, passed away Friday, March 15th, 2024, in the comfort of his home. Inurnment with military honors will be held on Friday, March 29, 2024, 11:00 AM, at Fargo National Cemetery.
Randy Scott Ruter was born April 11th, 1955, in Wilmar, MN to Dorothy (Nelson) and Claus Ruter. Randy graduated from Anoka High School in 1973 and joined the Air Force after graduation. He served from 1973 to 1977 and was stationed in Germany. Randy loved his work in Agriculture throughout the years. He enjoyed grilling and spending time outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father and wife Rachel Ruter.
He is survived by his daughter Samantha (Brett) Masog, grandchildren Hailie, Elias, and Mackenna Masog, Significant Other Cindy Wallace, Brother Richard Ruter and Sister Michelle Freese.
