Patricia Ann Bullard, 77, passed away March 21, 2026, at her home in Battle Lake, MN, with her husband at her side. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 am, Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Battle Lake with a visitation beginning at 9 am. Burial after the service at Our Lady of the Lake Cemetery. Arrangements with Glende-Nilson Funeral Home of Battle Lake.
Patricia Ann Bullard was born on February 13, 1949, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of LeRoy and Marcella (Karels) Trombley. She graduated from Hopkins High School in 1967, then continued her education with St. Cloud State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education. She later returned to St. Cloud State University to pursue a Masters Degree.
Patricia and Richard Bullard were married on July 11, 1970, in the St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Hopkins. Pat taught in Madelia, St. Cloud Children’s Home, Cold Spring, Paynesville, Alexandria, Sauk Centre Correctional Facility and Albany—where she retired in 2011, after thirty-five years in education. Pat enjoyed sewing, reading, walking, all of her friends and especially time spent with family. She was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church.
Pat is survived by her husband, Richard; her two sons and their families, Ross (Sara) Bullard, Grace, Claire, and George of Maplewood, and Matthew (Melissa) Bullard, Abbigail, and Abraham of Lakeport, CA; nine siblings, Mary Mord of Elk River, Margaret (Tim) Sweeney of Minnetonka, Christine Trombley of Minnetonka, Joanne (Jim McSiggen) Trombley of Arvada, CO, Jerry Trombley of Remer, Elaine Trombley of Plymouth, Mike Trombley of Howard Lake, John (Julie) Trombley of Hopkins, and Andrea (Todd DeHatte) Trombley of Stillwater; sister-in-law, Judy Trombley of Edina; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, LeRoy and Marcella Trombley; her brother, Richard Trombley; her father- and mother-in-law, Warren and Julene (Pat) Bullard; her brother-in-law, Bill Mord; and her sister-in-law, Debbie Trombley.
The family would like to thank the Vivie Hospice Team especially Carrie and Greta for their compassion, care, kindness and support during Pat's final days.
In lieu of flowers donations preferred to the Battle Lake Food Shelf.
