Marlys Jackson, 89, of Battle Lake, Minnesota, passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2026, at her residence under the care of hospice. There will be a visitation in her honor on Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 4-7 p.m. with a prayer service starting at 6 p.m. at Glende Nilson Funeral Home of Battle Lake. Marlys' funeral service will be 11 a.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026, at Eagle Lake Lutheran Church in Battle Lake. There will be a time for visitation one hour prior. Burial will take place at Vukku Lutheran Cemetery in Foxhome, Minnesota.
