Loretta Campbell, 77, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2023, at Glenwood Village Care Center. A funeral will be held Monday, November 20, 2023, at 1 PM at Christina Lake Lutheran Church, in Evansville, MN. Burial following the service will be at Christina Lake Cemetery.

Loretta was born November 8, 1946, to her parents Benart and Sophia Eilders in Sibley, Iowa. Growing up Loretta and her siblings helped out on the family farm and on her Dad’s feed truck. She graduated high school in 1962. After high school she met Allen Campbell and they were soon united in marriage on July 11th, 1970, at First English Lutheran church in Ortonville, MN. To this union three children were born: Josh, Jess, and Jodi. Loretta worked as a stay at home Mom while her and her family moved to several different states before making their home in Evansville, MN. Once in Evansville, she got a job operating one of the machines in a factory where she worked nights for over 20 years.

Loretta was a hard worker and enjoyed many activities such as fishing, going to garage sales, and thrifting. She also liked drinking coffee while socializing with her friends and family. Loretta loved animals, especially dogs. Most importantly, Loretta loved being a grandmother.

Loretta is preceded in death by her husband Al; her parents Benart and Sophia Eilders; siblings Barry and Barb; and her beloved dog Izzie.

She is survived by her children Josh (Renae), Jess (Matt) Grill, and Jodi; grandchildren Kaison, Avery, Elizabeth, and Autumn; granddogs Kirby, Mickey, Gryffin, and Tris; sisters Thelma and Susanne; and numerous in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
