Bradley Klimp, 42 of rural Underwood died Friday morning, March 29, 2013 at his home.

Bradley Philip Klimp was born on May 21, 1970 in Alexandria, Minnesota the son of William and Marlys (Heald) Klimp. He was baptized in the St. John's Lutheran Church in Garfield and confirmed in the Trinity Lutheran Church in Ashby. He attended grade school in Garfield and Brandon before moving with his family to Ashby, graduating from the Ashby High School in 1988. At an early age Brad developed a love for cars and motors, being with his Dad and friends, around the pit, with the stock car racing crew. After high school he attended Alexandria Technical College in the Diesel Mechanic program.

Brad and April Klinkner were married on September 22, 2001 in the Phelps Mill Park, rural Underwood, Minnesota. Brad worked various jobs; he then co-owned Klimps Kountry Korner with his parents and at present was operating his business, A & B Auto Repair by his home by Phelps Mill. He was a member of the Maine Presbyterian Church; he enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, riding his Harley, going to auction sales and collecting antiques. Brad was a loving husband, father, son and brother who always looked for the best in people. He enjoyed his family and especially his children.

Brad is survived by his wife, April; four children, Christopher Klimp of Alexandria, Levi Klinkner, Mercede and Lexus Klimp all at home; two sisters, Holly (Ryan) Albert, Gryphon, Logan and Riston of Fergus falls and Heidi (Corey) Mekalson, Spencer, Brodey, Jack and Max of Battle Lake; two sister-in-laws, Andrea (Darren) Goeden, Deklin and Dierk and Kayla (Jake) Doll, Grace and Hope both of Underwood; and by numerous relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Memorial Service: 1:00 pm Monday, April 1, 2013t at the Maine Presbyterian Church, rural Underwood

Visitation: Sunday from 4 to 7 pm at the Glende-Nilson Funeral Home in Fergus Falls and one hour prior to the service at the church.
