Micah Jeffrey Kirsch, 4 ½ month old son of Amanda Kirsch and Nicholas Nichter, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 4, 2016, in Fergus Falls, MN. Micah was born April 13, 2016 in Fergus Falls.
Micah brought great joy to his family and all who met him. The first thing everyone noticed about Micah was his long dark hair and bright blue eyes. As soon as he was able, he loved to greet everyone with a large grin. He especially enjoyed mimicking others by smiling, poking his tongue out, and pretending to talk. He learned quickly to use a small cough to get everyone's attention. After a busy day, Micah would coo with the music he heard during his bedtime.
Micah was loved by all family and friends and he was always being held in his mother's loving arms.
Micah leaves behind his mother, Amanda Kirsch of Fergus Falls and father, Nicholas Nichter of Canby, MN; three siblings, Hailie, Ryanna and Conrad, all of Fergus Falls; grandparents, Betty Windom Kirsch of Fergus Falls, James (Dee Hanson) Kirsch of Cloquet, MN, Trina and Steve Vick of Canby, and Jeffrey Anderson of Faribault, MN; great-grandmother, Marge Nichter of Canby; aunts and uncles, Ryan (Andria) Kirsch of Battle Lake, Andrew Kirsch and Amy Anderson of Fergus Falls, Jason (Libby) Hernandez of Minneapolis; and cousins, Gavin, Noah, Kira, Jack and Madeline.
Funeral Service: 1 PM Friday, September 9, 2016 at Glende-Nilson Funeral Home in Fergus Falls, with visitation one hour prior to services.
