Delman Mastrud

Delman Alton Mastrud was born September 2, 1930 in Marion, ND, and passed away April 24, 2015 in Broen Home, Fergus Falls, MN.
He is survived by his sister, Elaine Canton of Minneapolis; three nieces, Susan Veys, Laurie (Kelly) Collier and Barbara (Ralph) Reinhold; and one nephew Steven (Renee) Canton and their families.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Olga and Almer Mastrud and three infant brothers.
Many thanks to the staff at Productive Alternatives where Dell worked until November of last year. Special thanks for the loving, thoughtful care given by Mike Meyer, Ellenor Kristiansen and the people at Lake Homes; and to Laurie Sanders with Otter Tail County Human Services.
Delman was a sweet man who loved everyone. He was a great fan of the Twins and Vikings. He enjoyed popcorn parties while watching the games, bowling with his friends, and in his younger years, biking to garage sales. Dell had an affinity for his personal possessions, especially watches and wallets.
We all will miss him.
Celebration of Delman's Life: 11 AM Saturday, May 2, 2015, at Glende-Nilson Funeral Home, Fergus Falls, with visitation from 10 AM – 11 AM.
