Clarice Mittelstadt, 99 died Monday, February 18, 2013 at Pioneer Care Center in Fergus Falls.
She was born January 17th, 1914 in Fergus Falls, to Charles and Maye (Atkinson) Le Dean. Clarice graduated from Fergus Falls High School in 1932.
She married Harold Mittelstadt in Fergus Falls June 16th, 1937. He died September 26th 1961.
She worked twenty two years until retirement at Lake Region Hospital in the dietary department.
Clarice was a member of Church of Peace United Methodist, served on the church board and in the women's society.
She enjoyed her friends and family, travel to wherever she could get to, days spent at Otter Tail Lake and just watching the clouds go by.
Survivors include daughters; Marcia (Gerry) Kraut of North Oaks, Minnesota, Jean Blondeau of Fergus Falls; Grandson, Alex (Megan) Blondeau; Granddaughter, Elizabeth Kraut; Great-grandson, Adrian Blondeau and Great-granddaughter Brynn Blondeau.
Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, son-in-law Tom Blondeau and her friend George Albertson.
Clarice was a wonderful, caring friend to many, with always a smile and a hello.
