Bernice Lundemo, 92, of Fergus Falls died Saturday, July 25, 2015 at Park Gardens Senior Living in Fergus Falls, MN.
She was born December 25, 1922 in Appleton, MN to Peter and Thea (Tofte ) Bakken. She was baptized and confirmed at Long Lake Lutheran Church in rural Appleton. Bernice graduated from Appleton High School in 1941. She enjoyed a thirty year career with Honeywell. On June 6, 1953, she was united in marriage to Warren Lundemo in Minneapolis, MN.
Bernice was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Thea Bakken, her husband, Warren Lundemo, two brothers: Rud and Teddy Bakken, three sisters: Olga Brustuen, Myrtle Bakken and Esther Schwartz, sisters-in-law: Minnie Bakken and Jenny Bakken and brothers-in-law: Nels Brustuen and Edgar Schwartz. She is survived by her nieces: Ardis (Jake) Lillestol, Karen O'Clair, Gail (Keith) Nelson, Monica (Cecil) Brown and Donna (Joe) Schuelke and her nephews: Sherman Bakken, Roger Bakken, Bruce (Gloria) Bakken, Glen (Linda) Bakken and Tim (Denise) Bakken.
Visitation: one hour prior to the service.
Memorial Service: Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 12 noon at the Glende-Nilson Funeral Home in Fergus Falls, MN

Burial: Ft. Snelling National Cemetery – Minneapolis, MN
